Job Description

Multi-Core Platform Technology Group Leader job in California. Technical professionals are defined by what they create. The Companys Computer Science Lab located in San Jose, California, is currently recruiting world-class engineers and researchers who share our Innovation through Passion philosophy and thrive in a fast-pace, results-driven environment. The Multicore Platform Technologies Group within the San Jose Computer Science Lab and in collaboration with the Advanced Institute of Technology SAIT is developing the future of the multicore CE platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and directing CSLs multicore platform research program. This is a tremendous opportunity to drive a research vision, build a world-class research group and deliver tangible, impactful results to company product divisions. The qualified candidate will have: PhD in Computer Science with a minimum of 8 years experience or MSc with 10+ years experience. Deep expertise in multiprocessor architecture is essential. Expertise in multicore architecture is highly desirable. Advanced understanding of embedded systems development is highly desirable. Experience with ARM cores is desirable. Experience in either an academic or a corporate R and D environment. Proven research track record including refereed journal or conference publications and patents. Proven team development skills. Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment.
