The position will provide applications support for researchers across solution units. Essential duties and responsibilities include: working closely with the scientists; analyzing processes and bringing modifications as needed; responsible for reporting development, template development and process analysis. Required skills include: Experience using business intelligence tools such as Business Objects and Oracle Database skills required. Must have extensive knowledge of Excel, Excel VBA, and Visual Basic. The person has to be detail oriented, have some amount of Biology or Chemistry background and some understanding of Statistical tools. Knowledge with Pipeline pilot and Spotfire preferred. The requirements for two of the positions are 3-5 years design, implementation and testing experience in Microsoft technologies; Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET and HTML experience; Solid communication and collaboration skills; and use of object-oriented development and design patterns. Experience writing unit tests NUnit experience is a plus, jQuery, Microsoft ASP.NET/MVC framework and WCF. The other engineer must have prior experience in senior software engineering; experience with .NET Framework, C#, WPF, tier and service architecture; Tool experience at least 1 year: VisualStudio 2008, Expression Blend 3.0. Experience with software life cycle, design patterns, best practices; experience in an engineering development environment, preferably on Medical Devices desired.
